Simple, per-building pricing

Priced by unit count, not surprises

Every plan includes every feature. You only pick a tier based on how many units you manage. Each plan starts with a one-time $199 setup — then you add your own buildings, units, and tenants from a simple dashboard.

Pricing questions, answered

What does the $199 setup cover?

It covers getting your Landlady account set up and configured for how you collect rent. From there, you add your own buildings, units, tenants, and balances from a simple dashboard — it only takes a few minutes per building.

Are there per-transaction fees?

No. Recording a check or cash payment is free and unlimited on every plan. You pay the flat monthly price for your unit tier, nothing per payment.

How is 'units' counted?

Every unit you enter counts, including vacant ones. If you grow past your tier, you simply move up a plan — your data comes with you.

Can tenants pay by check or cash?

Yes — that's the whole point. Landlady is built for check-and-cash landlords. You can add ACH later and pass the fee to tenants if you choose.
